How it works
To place an order on our online shop you will first need to register with us. You can do this yourself by following the guidance on our website but if you have any problems please do not hesitate to telephone on 01494 773 358. Once you have successfully registered, we will contact you to confirm this.
After registering, you will be able to login to our website and place an order (you will need to make a note of your username and password). If you are looking for a product that is not listed, please call us on 01494 773 358, we'd be happy to help!
In relation to payment, we operate in a rather unconventional way. We do not request payment before we deliver. PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR GOODS BEFORE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THEM.
However, we do request that you settle your invoice soon after you have received it with your delivery. Our preferred method of receiving payments is by internet banking and, to this end, our bank details are shown on our invoice. We can also take payments by card during a telephone call within office hours, if that is preferred. If this is the case, or if you require any other information at all, please dial 01494 773 358 straight away.
Where do we deliver to?
From our base in Chesham, we deliver as far as Berkhamsted, Bovingdon, Chorleywood, The Chalfonts, Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield, Flackwell Heath, Hazlemere, Prestwood, Princes Risborough, Wendover and Tring and all the towns and villages in between. For large orders we may travel further. Please telephone to find out more.
When will I receive my delivery?
We ordinarily deliver Tuesday to Saturday between 10am and 2pm. You will typically receive your order earlier in the day on a Tuesday or a Wednesday because they are our quieter days.
We may require between 48 and 72 hours' notice to deliver your order. Our minimum lead time is shown in the table below. You can place your order up to two months in advance.

We do not charge for delivery but please note that all orders must have a value of more than £40.00.
Opening Hours
Our office hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday. Closed Sunday.
Packaging
We have reduced the use of plastic and polystyrene packaging throughout our business wherever we can. However, we may be able to reduce it still further with your particular order. Please telephone to find out more.
